By accessing and using Lemon Tools ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description
What is Lemon Tools?
Lemon Tools is a Discord bot and web dashboard providing server management, moderation, ticketing, verification, giveaways, and automation features. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" for your use.
Service Tiers
- Free Tier: Basic features available to all servers
- Premium Tier: Advanced features requiring active subscription or code
- Affiliate Tier: Referral program with associated terms
3. User Responsibilities
You Agree To:
- Lawful Use: Use Lemon Tools only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
- Accuracy: Provide accurate information when registering and using the Service
- Appropriate Content: Not use the Service to transmit content that is hateful, threatening, abusive, or contains viruses
- Respect Discord ToS: Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Secure Credentials: Maintain confidentiality of your Discord account and OAuth credentials
- Report Issues: Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches
4. Prohibited Conduct
You CANNOT use Lemon Tools to:
- Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Engage in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code
- Automated scraping, crawling, or data harvesting (except through official APIs)
- Spam, flood, or DOS attacks against the Service
- Distribute malware or malicious code
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Impersonate other users or entities
- Circumvent safety features or automated systems
Consequences of Violations
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, without notice or refund. Repeated violations may result in permanent bans.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property
- Lemon Tools logo, name, and branding are proprietary
- All code, features, and design elements are copyrighted
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the Service
- You may not create derivative works without permission
Your Content
- You retain ownership of any content you create (custom commands, configurations, etc.)
- By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary
- You are solely responsible for any content you create
- We are not responsible for moderation of server content
6. Premium Terms
Premium Subscription
- Definition: Premium is a paid subscription providing advanced features
- Duration: Premium terms can be for 30 days, 90 days, 365 days, or lifetime
- Automatic Renewal: Some plans auto-renew; you will be notified in advance
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your dashboard
Premium Codes
- Premium codes provide temporary access to premium features
- Codes are single-use unless otherwise specified
- Codes expire after the specified duration
- Codes cannot be transferred between servers
Payment & Refunds
- Payment Processing: Handled by Discord and Stripe; we don't store payment methods
- Billing: You authorize us to charge the payment method on file
- Refunds: Generally not available for digital services; exceptions made at our discretion
- No Chargebacks: Chargebacks will result in account termination
📌 Important: Premium features are subject to change. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. Active premium subscribers will be notified of significant changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Merchantability
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Limitation of Damages
In no event shall Lemon Tools be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Damages caused by unauthorized access or use of the Service
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months

No Liability for Third Parties

- Discord's services or APIs
- Other third-party integrations
- User-created content or configurations
- Loss of Discord server data
8. Modifications to Service

- Suspend service for maintenance
For major changes affecting premium subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice (minimum 30 days).
9. Termination
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of Discord's Terms of Service
- Illegal activity
- Security threats
- At our sole discretion for any reason
Termination by You
You may delete your account and stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination:
- Your premium access ends immediately
- No refunds will be issued
- Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy

📝 Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lemon Tools regarding the Service. Any previous terms are superseded.
